Sunil Hirani, Co-founder of trueEX & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Sunil Hirani was Co-Founder and CEO of Creditex Group Inc., a leading execution platform and brokerage for credit default swaps, and its subsidiary T-Zero (both sold to ICE in 2008). Mr. Hirani has a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from Washington University.

Jim Miller, Co-founder of trueEX & Head of Product Development

Jim Miller was Chief Technology Officer of Creditex Group Inc. and also led the development of technology for Creditex's subsidiaries T-Zero LLC and LoanX. Following Creditex, Mr. Miller worked for Barclays Capital and InterContinental Exchange. Mr. Miller has a Masters in Computer Science and a B.S. from Virginia Tech.

Tony Schiavo, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Tony Schiavo led development of Citibank's global e-Commerce platforms and Foreign Exchange automated trading platform. Mr. Schiavo was previously with RBC Capital Markets, as North American CIO and Global Head of Fixed Income and Currencies Technology, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Schiavo has a B.A. from the University of Scranton.

Karin Wichman, Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Karin Wichman is former General Counsel of Creditex Group Inc. and its subsidiary T-Zero. Previously, Ms. Wichman was an attorney in the Business and Technology Group of the law firm Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP. Ms. Wichman has a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Williams College.

Fran Kenck, Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO)

Fran Kenck was previously Director of Compliance and COO at the Chicago Climate Exchange and Chicago Climate Futures Exchange. Ms. Kenck has held senior-level positions at ABN AMRO North America, Commerz Futures, and the NFA. Ms. Kenck has a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Sara Lewin, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Sara Lewin previously served as the Administrator to the Vice Dean of New York University School of Law. Ms. Lewin holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University.

Lawrence Israeloff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Lawrence Israeloff served as an attorney and CPA with the accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Israeloff was an attorney in the tax group of the law firms Willkie, Farr & Gallagher and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Mr. Israeloff has a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, and a L.L.M from New York University School of Law.

Scott Murphy is a former U.S. Congressman representing New York's 20th Congressional district from 2009-11. He has a B.A. from Harvard University.

Patrick Parkinson

Pat Parkinson was director of the Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation at the Federal Reserve Board and a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Previously, Mr. Parkinson was counselor to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and played a leading role in development of proposals for reforming financial institutions and markets. He has a B.A. and PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.A. from Northwestern University.
