This policy explains the personal information we collect from you, and how we use and process your personal information in connection with your relationship with trueEX as a current or potential customer or affiliate, or a current or potential customer representative (including users of our various platforms). For data storage reasons, we are unable to store all of your personal information in the European Economic Area. Our servers, storing and keeping your information secure, are located in the United States.
