SUNIL HIRANI, CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Sunil Hirani was Co-Founder and CEO of Creditex Group Inc., a leading execution platform and brokerage for credit default swaps, and its subsidiary T-Zero (both sold to ICE in 2008). Mr. Hirani has a M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from Washington University.
KAREN O'CONNOR, PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Karen O'Connor was Co-Chief Executive Officer of eSecLending, a securities lending start up, where she worked for 12 years. Ms. O’Connor has also held senior-level positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, CyberTrust, and Fidelity. Ms. O'Connor received her B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross, M.B.A. from Suffolk University, and PhD from Kennedy Western University.
GEORGE SAPIO, GENERAL COUNSEL (GC)
George Sapio was previously an Executive Director in the legal and compliance department at JP Morgan’s Corporate Investment Bank. Prior to that Mr. Sapio was senior counsel at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Citigroup, and GE Asset Management. He also spent several years in the Washington D.C. and London offices of the law firm Akin Gump. Mr. Sapio has a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and a J.D. from American University.
ALLEN LIU, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Allen Liu was previously CFO & CCO of Bolton LP, a global equity arbitrage hedge fund. Prior to that Mr. Liu was an Assistant Controller at Davidson Kempner Capital Management LLC. He also spent several years in Ernst & Young's hedge fund practice. Mr. Liu has a B.S. in Accounting from University at Albany, State University of New York. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
FRAN KENCK, CHIEF REGULATORY OFFICER (CRO)
Fran Kenck was previously Director of Compliance and COO at the Chicago Climate Exchange and Chicago Climate Futures Exchange. Ms. Kenck has held senior-level positions at ABN AMRO North America, Commerz Futures, and the NFA. Ms. Kenck has a M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

MATTHEW "HODDY" MAHON, DIRECTOR OF SALES - NORTH AMERICA
Matthew “Hoddy” Mahon was previously an Executive VP at Tullet Prebon in the voice brokering business. Mr. Mahon was also a VP at Tradition and has more than 20 years of industry experience in client relations, trading, and money market products from US dollar deposits to interest rate derivatives. Mr. Mahon has a B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
DANIELLE HAMANN, DIRECTOR OF SALES - NORTH AMERICA
Danielle Paquette Hamann was previously a Fixed Income salesperson at Credit Suisse specializing in derivatives, agency bonds, US treasuries, and other rates products. While at Credit Suisse, Ms. Paquette created the New York swaps interbank marketer role. Prior to that she worked in derivatives at JPMorgan, and hedged a mortgage origination pipeline for MortgageIT. Ms. Paquette received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Certificate in International Business from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble, France. Ms. Paquette is Series 3, 7 and 63 certified.
SCOTT WEEKS, DIRECTOR OF SALES - EUROPE
Scott Weeks was previously a swaps and futures trader for Commerzbank Frankfurt based in London. Prior to this he worked in other European banks and garnered over 10 years of experience in the swaps markets. Mr. Weeks received a BSc from Leicester University, England and is FCA and Eurex registered.
ANDY BAKER, DIRECTOR OF SALES - ASIA
Andy Baker has over twenty years of industry experience in the FCM clearing business having previously lead the Asia Pacific Derivatives Clearing Sales team for HSBC located in Singapore and Hong Kong. Previous to HSBC, Mr. Baker worked for Citibank in London covering Futures and OTC Clearing Sales across Europe and headed up European derivative operations teams at JPMorgan and Credit Suisse. Mr. Baker also played a pivotal role with FCM industry bodies during his career such as FIA, FOW and FOA.
TOM CURLEY, HEAD OF ONBOARDING
Tom Curley previously was at Intercontinental Exchange where he worked on their OTC trading and chat negotiation platforms. Prior to his time at ICE Mr. Curley worked at YellowJacket Software, a startup and trade negotiation platform used to structure trades and consolidate quotes. YellowJacket was acquired by ICE in 2008. Mr. Curley holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany.

CHRISTINA LANDRY, HEAD OF PRODUCT
Christina Landry was previously Co-Founder and Director of Product at pulsd, an internet startup and a leading resource for New Yorkers looking to discover their city through tailored, interesting, and unique experiences. Ms. Landry received her B.S. in Engineering with a specialization in Architectural Design from Stanford.
ALEX KOKUSH, HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Alex Kokush was previously a technology lead for CitiFX TradeStream platform which was acquired by FXCM, Saxo Bank. Prior to that Mr. Kokush was Head of Global FIC Pricing and Analytics at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Kokush has also worked on various e-trading applications at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kokush studied computer science and applied mathematics at Zaporozhye State University, Ukraine.
KYLE O'DONNELL, CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO) & HEAD OF INFRASTRUCTURE
Kyle O’Donnell was previously at RBC Capital Markets where he was responsible for designing, building, and managing the firm’s low latency trading infrastructure. Mr. O’Donnell was also the key architect for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's on-line presence after having been involved in several start-ups. Mr O'Donnell is an experienced technologist with nearly 20 years in the field, 12 in the financial sector.
RAHIL RAMCHANDANI, HEAD OF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
Rahil Ramchandani has twelve years of technology experience in the electronic trading industry across different financial markets. Previously Mr. Ramchandani was at SunGard and eSpeed where he was involved with the development, QA, and IT Operations of trading platforms. Mr. Ramchandani holds a M.S. from Stony Brook University.

Operations

DAVID HAYMAN, DEPUTY CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (DCOO)
David Hayman was a Senior Technical Consultant and Manager with ION Trading for 10 years. He advised high profile financial firms in Europe, Asia and the Americas and delivered key technology projects. Previous to that Mr. Hayman worked in a critical technical role supporting the Australian Navy. Mr. Hayman received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.

Independent Directors

SCOTT MURPHY
Scott Murphy rejoined Advantage Capital Partners in 2012 as a managing director and the chief investment officer after serving in the United States Congress representing New York from 2009-2011. Mr. Murphy previously worked at the firm from 2001-2009, overseeing the $88 million New York portfolio. Prior to his tenure at Advantage Capital, Mr. Murphy co-founded three high-tech companies, including a game company that brought fantasy football and baseball to the Internet. He also founded an online auction company that was sold to eBay and a website building company that was sold to iXL. He earlier spent two years as a structured finance associate at Bankers Trust, where he focused on the insurance industry. Mr. Murphy received his A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard University.
PATRICK PARKINSON
Pat Parkinson was director of the Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation at the Federal Reserve Board and a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Previously, Mr. Parkinson was counselor to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and played a leading role in development of proposals for reforming financial institutions and markets. He has a B.A. and PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.A. from Northwestern University.
